Every human being is created with the need to be safe and at peace, to perform at their peak potential. Second Corinthians 3:17 tells us that God is Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. The presence of God satisfies this deep need in people. Leaders, whether parents or those operating in authority in other environments, must learn to represent Heaven's model of government. Do the people under your influence and authority feel free in your presence?
